Brumbaugh hasn't exactly lit the recruiting world on fire and the D line hasn't done much either. Just strange when our biggest issues seem to be on offense ever since Pruitt got here.

Yes. Are they expected to play perfectly as sophomores? JG has actually had some great pockets to throw from. Watch the JPS show and you’ll hear Pruitt mention how on the play Wanya got blown by (and then injured) he was playing with inside leverage because the RB was supposed to chip on the outside. Wasn’t even his fault. Also, if your tackles are getting beat with speed rushes around the outside, the QB has a pretty easy escape route if he has any feel whatsoever.

Regardless, our OL has pushed everyone but UGA around the field in the run game. The sophomores included. Does Friend not get any credit for developing Trey Smith? He’s coached Trey 3 of his 4 years on campus.

This seems like a recruiting move and probably development too. Pruitt knows you win in this league along the lines and our defensive line recruiting needs to step up. We saw what a strong defensive line can do against Georgia. Gotta hit a homerun and try to get TID and Malone signed.

We get more excited about stuff during the off-season or off the field than we do from the product on the field. Our reactions when Cade Mays transferred here were a great example. It sucks as a Vol fan. BVS has been real.
