Combined, playing and coaching, that's Phillip Fulmer's record against Alabama. There may be another man out there, maybe at Auburn, who has more wins against Bama...but, you'll be hard pressed to find him.

He could have crashed and burned against all others, and his failure as AD goes without saying...he owned the greatest college football program of all time, on the field and from the sidelines; for that alone, the man deserves to never have a bad word spoken about him, imo.

Then again, some of you make me sick for not hating Bama enough.
Double Gauldens to Bama always. Always double Gauldens.

Christian Moore update.

Bama wasn't exactly elite back then. They weren't even going to bowl games during some of those Fulmer years.
Coming off an NC in '92, you might want to consider that one contributor to their decline was UT's ascension. Which frankly makes what Fulmer did vs AL that much more important. CJH has the chance to contribute to a similar decline.

I'm going to get on my soapbox, not trying to piss people off but remember some people's animals have nowhere to go, they aren't looked after. Go someplace away from neighborhoods to shoot fireworks if you must. Please be responsible and think about the animals...........

Funny story about diggs and fireworks. The neighbor that lives next to/behind our property are animal people too. Two years ago one of their dogs got out of a secure (so they though area) on the fourth. They usually shoot fireworks. After shooting fireworks they noticed on of their dogs was gone..... Nowhere to be found. Two days later it was discovered in Lawrenceburg TN about 40 miles away. Amazing it was safe and made it that far.

We give our horses sedatives on the fourth, doses administered by vets. Our dogs are bright inside, the goats stabled, the other animals either cooped or tucked away in barns.

Plan ahead of time, if you have outdoor animals please secure them. Have a happy and safe 4th everyone!

Strange how no one had a straightforward answer to the question.

Typical that they label me a nega because I don't shoot rainbows out of my ass.

I don't think recruiting falls to the 15-20 range, BUT, if it did, that would be disappointing. Disappointing does not mean firing Heupel. It might mean staff adjustments. This staff has done excellent, but have they won the conference? Have they beat Georgia? I promise you; these are goals Josh Heupel has for himself and this team. If you think it's ridiculous to share those goals, that's just idiotic.

Some of you need to learn the difference between actual "negas", and those of us who can address reality. I always hope for the best when it comes to Tennessee. I don't belittle any of our accomplishments. But the goal is always to get better. FFS, ask the coaches that and they'll agree. You're always trying to get better.

30 wins in 3 years is not mediocrity and we’ve have no top 5 classes and he started with very little talent. Guys can coach
Finishing in the 15-20 range would be mediocrity for recruiting. Again, I think we finish higher. You're a good dude, but you're attempting to twist what was stated.

The fact that some of you are genuinely upset and angry about these unis makes me chuckle.
I’m not upset. It’s simply a uniform for crying out loud. Honestly chuckle myself and embarrassed for the grown, paid professionals that both designed the uni and also those that approved it. Taking the “military” out of the idea, as I know most will support any kind of apparel that has a military concept regardless of what it looks like, the uniform design by itself is simply just fugly. Yes, that’s my opinion and I know many NASCAR fans will love these unis which is understandable. To each their own though. You do you.

Everyone have a happy 4th and keep you digits intact!
