Recruiting Football Talk VIII

My gym owner is a body builder. When cutting for a competition, he eats 50g of carbs a day. Right now he’s in a bulk. He’s consuming 6000 cals including 800g of carbs a day. He’s around 6’3” and 280. Depends on age, activity level, goal, etc. He’s also a nutritionist/trainer so he’s knows his stuff. To eat the right foods and the right way, you actually get to eat way more than one realizes.

But you also hv to see what works for you.
It’s crazy to hear people say they eat 1200-1500 calories for months, not bodybuilders who have to hit single digit body fat but normal people. People don’t understand you can eat 2,000+ calories and still lose weight. Have to workout and get steps in. No reason to starve your body.
