If you are really physically active, do you get good energy after heavy activity another way? I've seen you say a few times you don't intake carbs. I always feel like **** when Ive tried this lol so just curious hownyou do it. Sorry if I missed it somewhere.Say no to all drugs and all carbs. Right, I know how the mechanism works but far as I can tell, eating things like rice doesn't have a deleterious effect carbs wise like eating a bunch of cake would lol and I feel like trash when Ive tried. Is it significantly better iyo to cut them out totally vs reasonable intake based on activity level of something, again, like rice?Your body eventually starts using the fats you’re consuming for energy

Yeah okay, so it is just Ketosis. Ive kind of messed around with that before and I felt like ****. Could have just ****ed it up though lol
