Recruiting Football Talk VIII

People around Nico influenced him into a horrible situation. I don't believe for 1 second that he would have ever left here if he was making the decisions. . . then again, he may have never came here to begin with in that scenario.
Yup, I truly believe that if nico’s party didn’t shop him around and if he didn’t skip practice/events, that we would have never known anything was going on

Had my first basal cell removed this year. Wild you’ve had 40. If you don’t mind my asking, approx what age were you when you had the first removed?
44. Had the scare of my life when the Dermatologist told me that it could be a basal cell but that he needed to make sure that it wasn’t a malignant melanoma.

When he called with the path report, he said that he had bad news. My life flashed before my eyes. I had a 4 year old and 1 year old.

Then he said that the bad news was that I had a basal cell. Not deadly at all. I could have killed him…

Big Orange Caravan was a good time. Heup is so good with kids. He said that Aguilar would be on campus in early May to start practicing, which I thought was interesting.

Also random, but Kiffin was at DCA yesterday visiting Carson Sneed again. My oldest, who was wearing her UT hoodie, passed him in the hall. She gave him the side eye. Said he looked confused. She never broke it. I’m so proud. 😂😂😂

What an anwesome experience. Just talked to the 🐐 Dylan Dreiling for a solid 10 minutes. So gracious and cool. One of the bests to ever wear the orange and white. And Cal stopped by too! Legends🍊🏆View attachment 739161View attachment 739162View attachment 739163
Very cool. Dreiling is right up near the top of my all time favorite baseVols. That dude was brilliant last year, especially whenever the lights were brightest.

Also, I bet if you asked Vitello for his all time favorite, Cal Stark will be one of the first 4 or 5 names he mentions.

Very nice experience, I'm sure.

Haha. I’m 48. Had a similar experience with the doc when she told me. I honestly thought I had missed something. Her tone didn’t match the news she was giving.

Dylan and Jared Dickey are my two favorites in the last decade so it was special for sure. I was shocked that he came over, took off his glove and just posted up and chalked it up with me for so long. We covered a lot of topics and he was incredibly gracious and humble. Think he was glad to see some orange so far from home (he’s from Hays, KS)…. Cal was warming up the pitchers so I only briefly talked with him, but he was super nice too. True legends and we’re lucky to have had them be the ones to help us reach the pinnacle.

That would be a lot of fun to cruise on. Guaranteed I could live on that easily (money not considered)

You ever watch Wavy Boats? Some pretty nice stuff comes through Haulover
The power cats are awesome. Way out of my price range. That thing probably has 5-6 staterooms and maybe additional crew quarters.
