The ones that have helped me are sitting upright in a chair and cross your leg so ankle is on knee, then try to sit forward while pulling leg in. Also laying on your back and pulling leg straight up and then over to the side. Not sure what that’s called, used to do it to stretch hips before football practice.Thanks brother any stretch recommendations are appreciated. I've tried pigeon pose.
