Got a flyer on my mailbox today for aeration & overseeding. . . seems a little steep. . . then again, Idk what the charge normally is for this over the years.

Seed ain't cheap depending if they use the good stuff. You can rent an aerator for about half that for a whole day. but turnkey with seed that ain't bad. One dude at work uses to rent one for a whole weekend and charge his neighbors and friends and he'd make close to a grand for the weekend plus do his free.

I wanted a trade back as well, but sometimes the return isn’t worth it. There are some really good second day receivers in this draft. Hoping for Jaylin Noel myself.
