The WR's and O-line was not the problem last year. It wasn't the WR's or the line that killed these drives.
Whomever the next QB is he will be completely set up for success.

I've got a good friend couple of 30+ years who I worked with in the 80's and 90's and now we attend the same church. His wife has been battling cancer for the last 14 months and he has served as her primary caregiver. She was finally strong enough to come to Easter service Sunday morning. I found out this morning that he suffered a heart attack Monday morning and passed away. He loved hunting, fishing and everything Vols. My wife and I are floored by the news and would appreciate all prayers for his wife and two daughters.

Not intended to be a belligerent answer, but you would have to ask them that.
There is no longer a governing body in college athletics. The NCAA is now a toothless tiger and it has left a void.
