Anyone catch the Harrison Bailey interview today? He was asked about the nico situation and he started to say “it doesn’t surprise me” but caught himself. Went on to talk highly of ut and heupel so im presuming he was dissing on nico

You know, part of me feels a bit bad for Nico. It’s really just a sad situation. Tennessee obviously did the right thing and we’re going to be better off long-term, but to watch a career derail like this in real-time is tough. He seemed by all accounts like a quiet kid who just wanted to play football, and now his dad and handlers have likely ruined him.

If he ends up at a place like Tulane, it will be funny, but also just a really sad outcome of this entire thing.

He’s culpable for his own actions tho. Leaving everyone on read, no show at practice, not shutting it down, all on him.

Sure, he’s been negatively influenced. But some of this is 100% on him.

Guys and gals...I come to you hat in hand. As many of you know, these last 3 years have been an extremely trying time for my family and me. From cancer to fractured backs to broken hips...it has left us/me in a terrible state. While we have overcome all of the sickness, it has left me asking you all for help. I have never had to do anything like this, so please forgive me if I stumble with my ask.

I have set up a gofundme, and my story is shared there. As I said, I've never done anything like this before, so setting it up was completely nerve wracking...my anxiety is through the roof right now. I try and be as humble a man as I can be, not too proud; yet, this is still hard for me.

Lopez wass always heading to UNC but with Nico leaving it will be intriguing to see how quickly he commits. I mean, he entered the portal without a Do not contact tag so he’s still available.

The same guy - FSU insider - crystal balled both Nico and Gio Lopez to UNC on the same day (today). Nico at 8:30am and Gio at like 5:30pm .

But Nakos reported UNC was out of the Nico sweepstakes and are favorites for Gio.
