Nico is done here. He's been done since the end of last year. The coaches knew it. They hoped they could salvage it. I wish he'd have left before the spring semester. I thought he had all the physical talent in the world but there was something missing, an intangible. I'm ready for a clean break. All my opinion.

The reasoning behind his (family) chose this time, is reason enough for me to done with it. Now let’s see the aftermath.

I agree. This new era shines the spotlight on one player which undermines the “team” aspect of the sport. Imagine how the players feel.

I be this is not going how Nico and Big Nic expected it to. They probably thought Tennessee fans and the media would rally around him and demand he be paid. Instead we got NFL all-stars calling him crazy lol.

In hindsight, we probably should’ve seen this coming, with him being one of, if not the first, public multi million dollar per year NIL deals. The family are clearly some attention whores that want to make a media splash.

That said, this is incredible. With what I said above, these folks are going to be doubly humiliated and crippled by social media and the media at large turning on them. Zero sympathy. Rot away at sh*tty UCLA.

If that douchebag does end up staying by some miracle...the fanbase is going to absolutely annihilate him the first time he sucks.

I don't see how he can stay at this point...this has to he one of the all-time dumbest moves. Now no matter where he goes, if...or when...he struggles at all that fanbase is going to destroy him because of all this.

I was thinking that as well. Some team is gonna pony up 4M and if he plays like he did last year they will crucify him. Kid burned all bridges.
