Well, if he is taking some substance and you are aware of it, I'd then think about company liability.

I don’t see any liability to the company for a worker taking a legally acquired prescription.

Although he is not taking it as prescribed, and if it could be proven that was the cause of an incident and you knew the practice was happening, maybe then you could be liable.

Or unless someone else walked in, saw it and did it themselves.

Either way, he shouldn’t be leaving his prescription drugs around. And you have to question how smart he is thinking he could leave a crushed substance on his desk and it be ok, covered or not.

Which one of you drink iced coffee?

I do like those monster energy "mean bean" and "Loca moca" java monsters. They have to be really bad for you though and they charge way too much for them. . . sometimes the dollar general has them 2 for $5. I get a couple a month if they're on sale. . . the old lady gets one from Sonic that's pretty decent too. . . I just make sure a man made it when she buys one. . .

I drink Assam tea with milk, the traditional way. Darjeeling without, the traditional way. Only unsweetened tea for me, even or especially iced tea.

I know a entire municipality where every woman dips snuff. Whitwell, TN. In fact in Marion County snuff is considered somewhat genteel (for ladies and gentlemen, if you're from Florida or Alabama) fare and the boys chew twist.

Anything but thick, black coffee is wrong. I like to spread a little of my morning coffee on toast.

No he’s right. It’s really just sugar. Organic sugarless ketchup ain’t bad though.

Generally: tomatoes good, ketchup bad. IMO.

8-10 cups a day? Good lawd. So when they draw your blood, it's almost all 'black' and highly caffeineted.

Yep, been a pretty heavy coffee drinker for probably 25 yrs. Just straight black with no additives. I also like unsweet tea with no additives.

I've sworn off that pace. The last 3 or 4 times I've been, they've taken over 30 minutes, and they weren't even busy. I was astonished how people could be so slow. And the food wasn't even hot when I finally got it. Done with them.

Uncooked olive oil is my condiment of choice. French mustard is second.
