Call HR. Whatever you do, is wrong.Ok. . . man at work breaks his mouse so you let him borrow your wireless mouse. They leave to go to a jobsite. You go into their office to get the mouse and notice an oddly ripped piece of paper laying on the desk. You pick it up and there is crushed powder underneath it.
You call the guy back to the office and he explains that it's adderall he has a prescription for. Do you fire him on the spot? You have to right, even if he's been a good worker for years? Do you right him up and make him go to counseling or something?
