Sounds like man flu is coming on. Cough coughIt just hit me that my wife had me ask off next Friday for a surprise birthday getaway, which I was excited about, but now realize it's also the greatest weekend of college basketball all year...

I hate to say Id entertain using super glue on a knot for braid.I use it for almost everything. The sensitivity when cranking is awesome. Have to keep in mind the no stretch so I don't use on any fast action rods. Knot tying I agree with, the only knot I have confidence in is the old polamor (sp) knot. I grew up using 12# stren and that's only because Bill Dance told me to. I've actually become very fond of all suffix lines, their mono is top notch too. I use it for my worm rods.
Can’t say I really noticed that but it makes sense. Other players of that era credited him for being natural whilst employing all the little tricks. Never seemed like he took anybody’s full shot no matter what angle they had on him.I always thought an underrated part of his game was how good he was at slapping the defenders hands down. Hard to tackle a guy if you can’t get your hands on him
You still have the upper hand, since it's a surprise. Tell her thanks for reminding you to get off so you could watch basketball all weekend on your b-day.It just hit me that my wife had me ask off next Friday for a surprise birthday getaway, which I was excited about, but now realize it's also the greatest weekend of college basketball all year...

He didn’t just lift weights. He was known to do training with special forces teams or at least the people who train them. I’m not really go to say someone did or didn’t, but the PGA has tested for it for a long time. He was always huge into his fitness, to his detriment.Said it was likely even.
His training regimen was still way different from other golfers. You still have to lift weights while taking steroids to get jacked.
Already been retired.Soooo....does that mean ZZ is eligible now to have his jersey retired?
All-time leader in steals
Won SEC Regular season title AND has been on a team to win SECT title
All-American honors
Still kinda hope he lands the Bob Cousy award. Just not sure he'll be able to beat out Braden Smith, Mark Sears, or Walter Clayton Jr.
To each their own. I have really sensitive custom rods (twss) and I use 20lb power pro braid tied to 20lb Seaguar blue label fluoro leader using an FG knot. I also use a loop knot on everything. I can feel every little kick of a paddle tail and have caught a ton of fish setting the hook on a very subtle bite that I wouldn't feel with mono. I wouldn't use anything else inshore...I don't have the patience for fly fishing. As for cutting braid, I bought a little pair of scissors just for braid several years ago and they work perfectly as does the cutters on the side of my fishing pliers.Do not like braided lines. The feel on other end isnt great, and doesnt have enough give. Also, when cutting it with a knife. you better have a lair of shears. You know us fly fishing dudes like our knots. You can forget tying a blood knot with braided.
