Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Red Panda is everywhere on that Unicycle catching those bowls on her head. What you think she makes financially doing that trick?

I’d guess around $500k a year but it could be way higher than that and it wouldn’t shock me .
She is famous and beloved enough if she charges $5k per performance, she just needs to do 100 per year. And I’m sure she easily does 100 in a year.

Read she makes $5k per show
Yea, there is an article that it was $2,500-$3,000 plus travel expenses about 5 years ago. I’m sure it’s gone up. She lives in San Francisco, so she’s a Golden State resident. Sounded like Philly always wants her if they make the playoffs.

She was a fill-in for a late cancelled act for the Clippers in 1993, and the rest is history.

i'm always amazed at the time frame of some of our US History. Just three decades prior to that Comanche Indians where living free in the mid west plains killing whites who dared to cross into their terriory. Crazy, just 30 years later folks were playing golf on the west coast.

History is everything…it’s a blueprint where you come far and what’s important to fight for…now you understand why they tried to take it out from the schools..

@BaldBiker , @InVOLuntary and I worked those riverboats every Summer to pay for school at UT.

@InVOLuntary would go on and on about how people would love to have a house built on one of the barges. He just went on and on about it. We thought he was out of his mind. But I guess @InVOLuntary got the last laugh. 🤠

Meanwhile @BaldBiker went on to be a world record holder in crayon eating contests.

😂

Anyone who watched that game knows the sand part wasn't a rumor. I watched Baywatch once and there was less sand on my TV screen than what I saw watching that game.
If Hegseth is indeed a Vol fan, or even just his wife, he has 4 years to find a way to accidentally nuke Columbia , SC into the stoneage for the multitude of crimes USCjr perpetrated that night.

Just kidding of course...sorta...kinda...not really.

Danny White could make a great hire and still not have the years or run quite like Rick Barnes. I would guess guys like Dennis Gates and Lamont Paris are still in favor with their schools and have had opposite years from last year. Buzz Williams is a great coach but nothing like Barnes success, even since going to A&M. Heck, even Pearl’s one FF was the only time he’s made the second weekend in his 11 years at Auburn. Enjoy it while you can.

I’m savoring the Barnes era. A part of me worries that this may be his last season, so I’m soaking it all in.

I think what can convince him to return for another grind, is if the NCAA passes its proposal to grant 5 years of eligibility and ZZ and Mashack come back for a final run.

Full Time Corner playing a little offense makes more sense to me than full time WR playing ni corner. Any team that never uses him on offense would be foolish imo.
Haven’t seen it work in my lifetime. There’s always a first…like Shei Ohtani. His coach tried it with the Cowboys to middling results…and Deion is that much more a generational talent.

JMO, but Henry is such a physical freak that it’s not fair to include him in any RB comparison discussion. I can’t think of another RB ever with his combination of size and speed - simply a one off freak of nature. Bo Jackson would be the closest yet Henry is still 3-4” taller.
Bo Jackson >>> Derrick Henry
