I have no idea what's been said from the outside, just wanted to speak of what many locals have felt and that is togetherness, appreciation, and gratefulness from many different angles.

6 penalties for 54 yards to 0 penalties for vols to start the Bama vols game 2 years ago

They were all legit penalties. The stunning thing was that they actually called holding and PI on Bama in obvious cases. They missed some calls, like To'o To'o's personal foul for kneeing Hendo in the head several times when the latter was trapped in a pile and defenseless. And later on in the game they no-called an obvious Bama DPI that cost us a TD. But despite these things in favor of Bama, overall it was the most fair and even game vs Bama that many recalled seeing.

What so many have noticed is that since that win, our games have been harshly and unjustly called against us. It was even worse beginning with the second game in '23 and has continued until this day.

Quite a bit of talk about our offense….

Our defense hasn’t given up 20 points yet. If they hold Bama to 24 or less we have a great chance. When thinking about our defense it’s hard to see them besting our defense for much more than they currently give up.
