***In the name of full disclosure I came across this in a thread on Operation Sports in regards to conf realignment for NCAA '13***
All joking aside, this is a pretty sobering list. I know people will point to teams like Boise St and TCU etc and how they are high on this list without being high in recruiting rankings. But I honestly don't know how people can expect us to recruit top 10 nationally when we are behind literally every other SEC team....aside from Vandy of course.
Sorry for the length and the format, but here's an explanation of this list...
The teams are ranked by the number of wins that they have in the past 4 years (08-11). Ohio State's vacated victories don't count. Teams are first ranked by the number of wins they have, and then by the number of losses they have. Then, if they are still tied, ranked by their most recent season until the tiebreaker is broken.

I have two conclusions that I draw from this,
1. UT is currently (and has been) over performing in recruiting
2. As the wins increase (hopefully) and UT moves up this list, I fully expect things back to normal and top 15/10/5 classes to be the norm with the way Dooley has been able to recruit
Hope someone other than me found this interesting and new thread worthy (more interesting than another Jalen Ramsey thread at least)
