Got to get on them early and build relationship. Sounds like W. Moore is elite.

Yeah, but I don't like schools doing that. Gives a kid the big head, and it's just too much for what, A freshman or sophomore? From what I know, a college can't offer a kid until they're a sophomore in highschool. Atleast that's how it is in ky. And also, he's 6'4" what if he never grows another inch? He's dominate because he's playing 6'0" and under players.

This happens all the time. They offer through the coach. He's not dominant just because he's 6'4 either.

Watching every tape, and every play is basically a wide open layup. Nothing special, I'm sure he's good, but it's too early.

Just think we have moved from offering 3 stars to offering 5 star top players. And he is tweeting out the offer.

I am just giving you a tough time. I am just glad it seems this staff is aiming for the fences.

Yeah, rankings wise they're, but it seems like they're doing that maybe 4 years down the road, they should be looking at the 2016 top talent. We need solid players.

It is all about relationships and getting in early on a prospect. It looks like 16 class is shaping up. I think we will have a solid class.

Hey, glad you mentioned this thread. I know CA started in a few months ago. I just thought if we bumped it, it might get used.

We will certainly have a good class, but I just hope it's enough to not be laughed at anymore, that's the goal I hope. Lol

I was looking for it and i guess had a brain fart and accidentally clicked on the news thread lol.

With the top talent you have to start building relationships early. It's an investment that hopefully pays off 4 years from now. Every coach in the country is doing this. Heck, I have kids I coached who are entering their freshman and sophomore year with multiple mid major offers. So it's not just the big boys that do this.

I know other teams do it, I just don't like it. Lol

I know this was probally discussed earlier in this thread but how many scholarships do we have available for this class and wholesale are our top targets?

For the 16 class? We have about 3 or 4 schollys. Top targets are De'riante Jenkins, Josh okogie, grant williams, Braxton Blackwell.

5 open scholarships, Jordan Bone is committed so assuming he signs that leaves 4.

John Fulkerson, Josh Okogie, De'Riante Jenkins and Grant Williams are the top targets.

If he is a top 10 player in his class, then we have already had the chance to build a relationship to sign him. Ole Miss offered Tyger Campbell when he was in 8th grade.. It's all about trying to predict the player's true outcome as a player.

Whether you see it or not, or agree with it or not, he is...so leaving him out purposely to someone who was asking is pretty misleading on your part.

Because I don't think he is a priority. I mean, there's nothing special about him. He looks like a walk on at best.
