i can promise you that before the season started, no self respecting UGA fan penciled in L's next to Vandy and KY.But thats the thing...they did meet expectations. Their expectations were to have a rebuilding year...and thats exactly what happened. You saw them struggle early, gell late and beat some quality teams.
:clapping: well congratulations...it took 7 games for him to learn the lesson that Fulmer taugh him 05...he's quick. He stopped rotating qbs after their 7th game, a little past the halfway mark of their season.
According to some people, 7 games out of 13 is a vast majority.
that i will agree with, though i think it was the Ole Miss game??? either way though,It's more than half.![]()
For the record, Game 7 was the Vandy loss. No wonder he stopped rotating QBs.
I do give Richt props for holding the team together with baling wire. They could have easily (and probably should have) lost to Colorado, Mississippi State and Ga Tech
Proves my point even more. Richt immediately rallied his troops and turned a probable disaster of a season into one that gives UGA momentum going into next year. How much momentum do you think UT has losing 3 of its final five, with the only victories being against the Kentucky and Vanderbilt teams you're ridiculing? Also, how funny do you think Clemson feels UK is? Probably nowhere near as humorous as they found us a couple of years ago.
they blocked two punts in that game i think...i was more shocked that Ole Miss didn't win than anything else. they ran the ball right down their throat, and BS wasn't exactly great in that game. You're right - add that one to the list . . . They should have lost to Ole Miss as well.

i didn't see the MSU game...so not sure about that one.
