New Belgium is here if you drink any of their stuff. You might also be able to find some Bell's. Don't know what the selection is like in Knoxville to be honest.

We have some New Belgium kicking around.

An evening starting with Suttree's and capped off by the patio at Urban would be outstanding in this weather.

Hell yeah it would be. Patio at Urban and Barley's are my 2 favorite spots in the Old City.

Holler at me and we'll hook up for lunch and I'll give you the clubs. When I walked to my cart at the club house today, the cart parked in front of me had all Ping clubs. Putter, wedges and driver were only a few years old. Irons were the I3 O Size.

I used to drink it a lot in CO and have rarely purchased any once it came east of the Mississippi. 1554 isn't a bad brew from what I remember.

Have you actually read it? It describes Knoxville exactly as it was in the 50's and 60's. I can identify with every place he mentioned. I think he actually lived that life while going to UT back then.

I have. I'm a huge McCarthy fan and think it's his best book. Had my grandfather read it and he said the same thing as you about it describing Knoxville in the 50s and 60s.
