I had U-verse for over a year and it was a terrible experience. For whatever reason they could not get consistent service to my house. I was dealing with technicians every freaking weekend. Finally dumped them and went comcast. Service has never gone out or had a problem.

However, after a year my promotional rate expired and my bill went up almost 50 ****ing dollars. So I just dumped my channels down. I don't even watch TV that much because I use netflix a lot. However, I have to have the internet service for school and work projects no question.

I never watch TV. I'll miss Showtime on Demand. That's about it.

Blizzard of '93, I was in a 3 day sexathon with my now wife at my woodmeade apt and sledding down the big back hill on a coke machine sign that we had taken off. People were using boxes, kitchen linoleum, canoes and all sorts of stuff. We pulled that out and flew down the hill like Chevy Chase

We quit cable. Got an antenna and AppleTV with Hulu and Netflix. I miss sports though. Spent most of football season on my dads couch or in Wild Wings.

It's just an excuse. Baseball season might be rough.

Exactly. We are never home to watch anything regularly. It was a total waste of. I wish nfl had a deal with apple like MLB does. I don't miss any baseball games. NBA and NHL have plans too.

The love of my life lives in cali and we spend hours on the phone watching shows together. She is sick right now. Possible amputation from the tits down. But she is strong.

NFL's billion dollar DirecTV deal blocks that from happening. Would be nice though.

I know. Sucks. But we really only miss the Mon/Thurs games so it's not awful. College is rough but I always had to buy that extra package with DirecTV to get UT games anyways.

I want to say 600-700 for a relatively small studio. I think once I added in Internet, utilities, and parking, I would be around +1000 a month. I went and moved to South Knoxville, just close to the bridge, and I can reach downtown very quickly.
