I can only take the muti grain stuffWhole wheat everything is so much better than white. Like for real.
I eat the **** out of regular pasta, but you should try different brands. There are some good tasting healthy pastas out there. They will never be as good as the cheap, unhealthy stuff, though.
But it doesnt count if you load it with sour cream, butter, lard, pig, cheese, or any other fatty ****. Reminds me (not talking about you here) of this chick in my office who is on a diet. She eats rice cakes for snacks, which would be great if she didnt put melted cheese on them.
Basically don't eat processed foods. Get your carbs from veggies, nuts/seeds, fruits and starchy tubers(sweet potatoes/yams). Get your protein/fat from animal meat (non grain fed preferably) and cook in healthy oils, not vegetable oil.
