Some do but you're probably in a super store. Do they have the smaller Neighborhood Markets back there? They are basically just small grocery stores.

Superstores are computer automated. Hell, sometimes they schedule me during my non-available hours.

I will say this. Wal-Mart isn't as much hell as they make it to be if you have funny coworkers and easy going bosses like I do. It's just like a normal job. It's work and it sucks. The pay just sucks worse.
