Don't know. Maybe. While you're able to and can afford it a little at a time, frame up and pour 30x30 concrete pad. Be sure to add a few drain grates. And, a 6' pit that you can drive over. Build a barn like structure over it with garage door on both ends. It'll take awhile, but you'll have the beginnings of the shop you want to retire in.

Drove it many times. Actually starts in LA and heads up north a little. Highway 101. Sister Golden Hair was good, too. Night, Pos. Gotta get up and make a few early calls then get the Hell outta here. There's an air show in town and it's going to be noisy as Hell this weekend.
