Sounds like a good plan. Retire, but keep on doing something you like. Pull the plug as soon as you can. Never know what's over the hill. I didn't think I ever would either until I had to move back to Knoxville due to my Mom's health. About the time she passed, I had 4-5 classmates die. I figured, **** this rat race and got out.
Yeah. Got a piece I'm finishing right now for Pat Summitt. Got three more for local people that I laid out a bit today.
send a pic when you finish bud,possumslayer@ymail.com
I gotta do something like you do! I've given my all for someone else since I was 10,I started hustling when I was a kid,f time to do my own thing! When I tell people at Honda I've been working since I was 10 they wouldn't believe me...bout pissed me off.

I never had to work that young , but I've given up a lot of life and free time since I started work. Worked for a big corp for 28 years and was always chasing the dollar. Find out almost too late, it ain't worth it. Three of my friends that died in their mid 50's were pretty prominent in Knoxville. All had it made and a lotta dough piled up. Didn't stop the early dirt nap.
Cool man. If you can make it in this economy you can make it anytime.thanks for sharing sly, even me being younger I've watched lots of friends get tied up in dollars and get stuck chasing the dollars .
I got caught up in Colorado in the money game,I'm done ! F it ! I know I have the talent too make the trucks I wanna build.
