I wish I could run well. The best shape I was in was either senior year or freshman year. We had a marine who had just returned from Iraq as a Strength and Conditioning coach. It was rough, but I appreciated it all afterwards.
 
What part of the shoulder did you break?

You had to ask, lol. It was such a tiny break that surgery was not required. It was painful as hell, though. I did some therapy and it doesn't bother me too badly now, I just got complacent on everything else. Had to change my sleeping position, thus the back issues...

I'm joining a gym next Thursday!
 
Watching the movie "Blow" makes me wanna be a drug dealer so bad.
 
I am so excited about March. The girl I am taking is totally gorgeous. I wayyyy outkicked my coverage on this one. Even my best friend just told me so.

I used to do 8 miles a day on my own at about a 6:30 clip per mile in the summer just to keep in shape for cc and track. I am determined to get back to at least 3 per day, 4-5 days a week...

No way I could do that. I'd die right now. Last year I ran 5 miles in 38 minutes and it didn't bother me. I had worked up to that after a few weeks, though. I'd die if I tried a mile at a solid pace right now.
