What part of the shoulder did you break?
I wish I could run well. The best shape I was in was either senior year or freshman year. We had a marine who had just returned from Iraq as a Strength and Conditioning coach. It was rough, but I appreciated it all afterwards.
I used to do 8 miles a day on my own at about a 6:30 clip per mile in the summer just to keep in shape for cc and track. I am determined to get back to at least 3 per day, 4-5 days a week...
