Nerd, I agree with Hobock. Arlo requires a lot of attention and care. You can dogsit him anytime you want to see if you're prepared.

He is also the best thing to happen to me in the last 4 years. I have passed on many things to hang out with him and make sure he gets walked often. Dogs need to go outside for a good walk at least three times per day. I still wouldn't trade him for what I've missed.

Part of the reason I'm such a homebody is because I feel guilty when he's sitting at home by the door just waiting for me. I get kind of choked up thinking about it. He would wait for me until the end of time.
