For the first time in 9 months or so grizz hit the weights!!!! To get back in the groove I did:
Bench 10, 8, 6, 4
Squat 3x10
Dumb bell press 3x10
Hammer curls 3x10
Triceps extensions 3x10
Shoulder shrugs 3x10
Grizz is back on the war horse!!
