For the first time in 9 months or so grizz hit the weights!!!! To get back in the groove I did:

Bench 10, 8, 6, 4

Squat 3x10

Dumb bell press 3x10

Hammer curls 3x10

Triceps extensions 3x10

Shoulder shrugs 3x10

Grizz is back on the war horse!!

Definatly slim down, not as much get swol but get strong again. I use to be strong as an ox but I've got REALLY lazy over the past 2 and a half years. I can tell it in my job performance
