lyle, make an ego endzone workout thread. i'm joining a gym friday. i dont need motivation, because i'm alpha as ffuu. what i need is direction.
 
i already take a multi. the thing is, i feel like i should gain weight(in a healthy manner), before i start seriously lifting. at the same time, cardio is going to be my main priority.
 
Lift heavier weights each time you go. That's all you need to know. Doesn't have to be a dramatic increase. Maybe add a 5-10lbs each time.
