no thanks, 33 is making her hamburger helper recipe for me tonight. we're going to watch 'i know what you did last summer'. it's her favorite horror film.

Nah, we always do. It's very hard for a homeowner to come on top in court when the covenants specifically spell out what can and can't be allowed and how much the association can fine...outrageous in my opinion sometimes about how picky they can be, including from the style of mailbox you have to have, where you can park your car, how tall a fence can be, etc...but if you bought the home in a subdivision in an association, you knew what you were getting into, so I have no problem billing my hourly rate every time you want to call in and gripe to me on the phone.

Very much so. I went out on a date with a guy last Friday and then him on Sunday last weekend, and there was just no comparison. I slowly evolve when it comes to new guys, but I like where this is going.

On a side note, did I mention what happened with the guy on Friday?

Most people don't...they just send in the payment or let it foreclose...it's ironic, we just foreclosed on a guy this month, and he called and told me to foreclose on him....not that I had to have his permission... He wanted to evict his current tenant who is living there now, but his tenant told him he no longer owned the property...so he called us this week wanting to buy the property back. I just don't get people like him.

me too! Well it wasn't going to be a good date since the guy was not in a good mood...he got in a wreck about 5 minutes away from the restaurant we were going to..he was at a stop light, a guy came speeding down the road not paying attention and rammed into the back of him and he ran into the person infront of him...ouch!

home sweet home. brett favre just got his chin split open.

on a sillier note, i wasn't expecting the pats to have red on so when i turned the game on and glanced up and saw red i thought, well hell, the nfl is letting favre play in a red jersey today so he won't get hit. i'm so silly sometimes
