Yeah, I think some of the HOA's are ridiculous in their rules...I've seen people fined daily for things because it is not changed...it's messed up, but we represent the HOAs

Nah, I've learned to just not care what the homeowner tells me,:birgits_giggle: I just tell them pay up or I'll foreclose, if you have a problem, refer to the covenants which allow us to do so for whatever you have or have not done.
