If she grinds her teeth at night in her sleep you need to go to a dentist and have her fitted for a mouthpiece (like an athletic one) because if you don't she will grind them down to a nub. I know because I have grinded my teeth in my sleep for most of my life and they are short now. I used a mouth piece for years myself.I slept in the bed with Nat. I seem to be doing that alot here lately.... She's not "sick" but she hasn't been feeling well. She grited her teeth and tossed and turned most of the night.
I have thought the same thing. She only does it when she is not feeling well. We talked to her dr and he said that he wouldn't do it unless she kept doing it after she lost her baby teeth. I have a dentist app next month. I will mention it to him and see what he says. She wat grinding them so bad last night that I finally woke her up to try to get her to stop.
