I think VT is in a hard place guys. Not sure if all of u remember, but about 6 months ago a few of us helped him with the recipes and his dad let him take the money to buy pretty good foods to be cooked easily. His dad n sister *****ed about what he was fixing n his dad pretty quickly yanked the money away n started buying junk food with it.

I'm not making excuses n think that his dad is the point of blame, but it all goes back to education and resources, and probably in single parent households with a father n no mother I think vt's situation is more the norm than most of us would be comfortable accepting.

And its a whole ot easier said than done, especially everytime you try to take a step forward some one is there to knock you back on your ass. Read his previous posts concerning his family. Short of him leaving home, there isn't much of a way to change. You eat what gets put in front of you or go hungry, plain and simple.
