It's worth a bunch now just not as much as Bozeman. Place to buy is South Utah for investments. Down around Blanding. Not for me, though. I'm at an age where it would have to turn fairly quickly. It will be huge in 20 years or so.

Great place. One of my favorites to camp out. I was slow and didn't jump on an opportunity a few years ago. South of Canyonlands, outside of Blanding, 10 acres of road frontage for $40,000. I could kick my ass for not grabbing it.

Slept good for about an hour, got up, started today with 5.5 miles with the dog before the rain starts.

No place better than the woods before sun up.

I admire your dedication. Im not running until around 3. Im beat, I didnt get home until 1 this morning and was back up at 5 for work....yuk

My situation forces me to go early if I bring the pointer, before my wife leaves for work, otherwise the beagle gets lonely and howls, I worry about disturbing the neighbor.

I understand. I always found that an early run made me feel better and more awake through the day....plus it is easy to get to busy the later it gets. Starting next month I will be completey on second shift so it will be a lot easier to get the morning run in.

Drank enough coffee this morning to kill a small mammal. I've never considered doing speed, but I think I have a good idea what it feels like.

That was me today, between the 2 of us we have effected the worlds coffee supply, I expect price increases

I exchanged my all day cola habit for two large cups of coffee each morning. Cup hold .5 liter. I probably should give it up or start drinking it black to get off the sugar intake.

Now I'm at the point where i can have another cup and feel allright, or ride it out. I wish I could have a few beers to balance out, but got **** to do this afternoon.
