Use it mostly to check mileage I've ridden in that particular instance. It pushes me to finish a specified distance. I'll be back up to 10-15 miles a day in a week or so. Not bad for an old guy. Played golf yesterday, bike today and golf tomorrow. Probably get back in the gym sometime next week. Talked to them today to check dates/times/rates for activities.
