um, UGA was voted the #1 party school in America in '10 and #2 last year

Yeh.. right. As if UT doesn't have it's share of fun and beautiful women.

Athens is far more redneck than Knoxville, but if that's what Patterson wants for his college experience, it's his choice.

Yeah... I'd agree and you wouldn't have to wade through rednecks to meet up with your teammates outside the dorm.

Athens, Greece takes the prize though.

Of course, with UT's brand new facilities coming soon, it'll probably be tempting for this class to just hang out in them a bit. But, it's nice to have a few options nearby.

Easy choice for a whole lot of other folks...

And, Athens does have a reputation for being redneck... like it or not.

More like...you are acting like Athens is some hell hole in the boonies and Knoxville is a raving metropolis where the women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano.

Close, but the image is more like... the ladies flock to their cousins in Athens and to the football players in Knoxville.

Rivals thinks Vols finish stronger than they originally thought. Say Vols are still trying to flip a guy or two. Impressed with Dooley and staff.

I have been to Athens, it's awesome. Don't kid yourself Dawgman, lots of colleges in this country have awesome campuses. Knoxville is great and so is Oxford.

Well this was fun to read through again. Glad the mods didn't kill it. I was sober last night for the record. I'll speak only for myself, however.
