It's very understandable that they would want to sit inside for part of the game.
It was pretty empty last week. Both the east/west clubs were pretty full. The best thing about those seats isn't being able to sit inside and eat and watch TV. It's being able to leave the girls inside to chat, and having a glass barrier to separate that conversation from football. Outside there's no talking about shopping or uniform fashion, just football.
Just to clarify, I'm a girl and my conversations are all football and none of that other stuff. Make sure you are not unfairly lumping us all in the same category.
I know more about football than many of my male coworkers and love it wholeheartedly.
One more thing: they must be true Vol fans and love the University to donate that kind of money. I know some people who have seats and you would be surprised how many people up their are not loaded with money.
During the last two games, it appears as if the Tennessee Terrace is almost empty. Am I only seeing shots when everyone is going to the concession stand or is that section remaining mostly vacant?
I think everyone is trying to generalize and place everyone in a certain class. I know for a fact that their are diehard fans in the club level that breath and die by the vols and would not miss one minute of the game outside and scream during the whole game. The problem is stadium wide and not just in the "rich" levels. I have been to every game for years and have seen many fans in the stands during crittical moments who should be yelling and instead they are talking about the dress they got on or where they are going to get their car fixed and not into the game.
