'25 QB transfer prospects (Joey Aguilar)

I'm seeing a lot of speculation about Sawyer Robertson. Idk if any of the information is from reliable sources, but there was one poster that said he was already transferring to Tennessee, which we all know that can't officially happen until the portal opens, but I guess it's possible he could have already agreed to come here through back channels or agents. He has announced that he is transferring. Just wonder if he could be who we supposedly met with. Wouldn't object to that idea!!

Seems like he would be a perfect fit for this offense. Got some wheels and isn't afraid to run the ball. Looks decisive. Spent time at similar offenses. Would be nice to have if it's more than a rumor.

The Hendon spring game is good memory, and we should also be careful in judging Merk from O&W game as the format wasn’t what it normally is, we don’t know script/gameplan/etc, and his whole world got flipped in 48 hours. Not saying we are rising with him, or I think he is next Manning- just would warn against snap judgement.

I’ve seen plenty of FB vols (the worst kind) crown GM as starter after his TDs

Sorry about that. I've been reading websites and scrolling back and forth through Volnation all day trying to find info on our football team and the qb situation as well as the men and women's basketball teams and who they are potentially targeting in the portal. So I apologize. You are correct about Sawyer. I could not find anything halfway reliable about his intentions to enter the portal. Though I did see where the LockedOn Baylor Podcast released a video that was specifically about our Vols trying to go after Sawyer Robertson. So evidently there's some kind of traction to the story. I also found this when I was looking at the UCF qb transfer. Idk how credible this is or it could just be fake news, but I thought I'd share it anyway.

Idk about the whole transfer portal to Tennessee, but the LockedOn Baylor Podcast is legit. It's equal to Eric Cain, AP, Hubbs on the LockedOn Vols podcast/Volquest. I also found this about Sawyer Robertson to Tennessee. Again, idk if this is fake news or credible at all, but I thought I'd share it.

FWIW…Basilio said today on his show he thinks we won’t know until Thursday/Friday who our QB might be so it doesn’t look like we tampered with anyone
