I agree Simms is no good. Thank you for confirming this.Maybe you don't know how to read... Maybe you're special.. i dunno. Show me where I've said Simms was better.
I've said Simms is "as good".. which is probably true but can't be backed up by any facts because that is my opinion. Nobody (no matter how big your e-peen is) knows who's better until Bray faces the same type D's that Simms faced.
The only thing I've ever said is that Simms is not ANYWHERE near as good as the majority of this board seems to blindly believe.

Did you say that last year when he was winning games
My opinion is TB will be a decent QB and the best UT has now but you can't look at last years games to prove anything. Fact is TB played against inferior competition with Simms being thrown to the wolves against the better teams. You could be the best QB on the team and get beat by Fla, Usce, Ga and Bama and be the worst QB on the team and beat Vandy, Ky and the rest of the cream puffs that TB played against. We'll see how good TB is when he has to play against the teams in the 1st half of next years schedule not the creampuffs on the 2nd half of the schedule.
You keep telling yourself that about the SEC.
If you guys combined all the talent off the various teams in the SEC you could then play with the 2nd string at USC.
Just wondering where USC has been while the SEC has won the last five National Championships. Before you say they won it in 2004, lets not forget that an undefeated Auburn team was left out of that title game and since that point USC has been stripped of two of its wins from that season, therefore leaving Auburn as the only undefeated team from the 2004 season. Ok, they were in the 2005 NC game, too? Not only did they lose to Texas in the NC game, they were stripped of all the wins from 2005 making that a joke, too. Go ahead and roll you another one.
Bray has A LOT to prove this year. How he handles that pressure will determine what kind of future QB he will turn out to be. And he needs his sophomore receivers to step up just as much.
What else are they going to say-he sucks?
Some people want him benched now, others throw out 5/30 as meaningless.
5/30 is 5/30, wind or no wind. It wasn't pretty. Should there be an open competition-probably not. But, I think some more pressure needs to be added to Bray on what he needs to do in order to get better. And the best defense he faced last year was UNC, and he threw 3 picks. On the other hand-the fact that Worley looked the part can only be seen as good, because if Bray struggles then at least there is someone there with talent to go in.

People expecting him to make a Peyton type of freshman to sophomore jump are nuts IMO. It's just not a realistic expectation, at least for me.
