Please tell me this was sarcasm. His point was an extremely valid one. You can't "retaliate" against Sony for trying to enforce the law.

If you're an idiot hacker, stealing games, and you get caught, deal with it. These anonymous guys, or whoever is doing this crap, are real low lifes who just need to get laid.

the only proof that it its anonymous is the file uploaded that said anonymous. Could have been someone else that just put that there to throw people off.

If they would have just told us, took the network offline, and updated the ****y software none of this would have ever happened.

And I bet alot of the hackers reasoning behind this is that damn CinAvia they put into the software that mutes downloaded movies halfway through when theyre just starting to get good. I know it pissed me off, im sure that im not alone on that. Bastages.

As I said I have in my college days and I said fight the good fight but those that would go vigilante (assuming not you) simply because the company is trying to stop it doesn't help the mainstream user at all. Any bs letters from kids in masks touting their willingness to protect me is pure and utter trash. I need the average hackers help like I need a politicians, very little.

There's a big difference in what these guys are doing and what scene does with pirating games. I honestly don't care that much if people pirate games to be honest with you. When a group does what they did here, it just doesn't make any sense and the only reason for it is just to do harm to people.

Like I have said, there is a difference between scene and this group. Scene and pirates don't go tooting their vigilante horns or anything. They just pirate software to play for free. This band of idiots, I hope, are digging enough earth to bury themselves for a long time.

Pirated games are a theft of intellectual property, and it ultimately costs the people that buy the games through legitimate channels.
