It's not bad, but I'd rather have BF. Why buy both? I would rather have more variety with a sports game or an adventure/platform type game. I want assassin's creed for the latter, after hearing that Knack is just a terrible, simple children's game.

They are a lot different, but I see your point regarding variety. I don't play many single player games so I'm not a fan of AC. And I've read the same about Knack.

I'm not into street racing type games. Gimme a racing sim like GT or Forza. I am intrigued by Drive Club, though. I will probably wait for that.

Yeah. I barely got GT5 out of the box. I'll still buy it, though. Unless there's a better PS4 racing sim that comes along.

I'm still seeing Drive Club as fitting more into the arcade racer genre like NFS, but it is supposed to have realistically fine-tuned physics, so we'll see.

Just thought I'd post a follow up for my sick PS4.

Got my box on Friday. I could still get it to turn on with some effort so I waited and shipped it out Monday.

Sony received it today and shipped one out.

Tracking says I'll have a system back tomorrow.

All in all, not a bad deal. Mail it Monday, get a new one Wednesday.

Let's just hope the new one works properly. I might start getting a little irritated if it doesn't. So far, I'm pleased with the service work.

Good to see quick turn around. Did you need a receipt from the store you bought it from?

Also, can u fix the RROD on old 360s? I have one I want to give away this Xmas but need it repaired.

Been a couple years since I've done one. Really not sure I'd want someone's Xmas riding on my fix. Almost think you'd be better off finding a newer one (which should be less likely to RROD) off craigslist.

The fix normally worked pretty well, but some units lasted longer than others and had to be re-done.

Anyone have any details on the ps4 update that was pushed out today, apart from improving stability?

My PS4 from Sony showed up about 11:15 this morning. So, not even 48 hours from dropping it off at FedEx, I have a new system.

Appears to be working.

They also threw in another of the blue cards so I got another free 30-days of PSN and another $10 credit. Not huge but better than nothing.
