My PS4 from Sony showed up about 11:15 this morning. So, not even 48 hours from dropping it off at FedEx, I have a new system.

Appears to be working.

They also threw in another of the blue cards so I got another free 30-days of PSN and another $10 credit. Not huge but better than nothing.

Nice to hear you got one back in a timely manner. Can't beat the 30 days of PSN

I've been turning mine off, but it seems like it was designed to be left on standby most of the time. Just kind of feels weird to do that.

I always leave mine in standby mode. You can charge your controllers in this mode plus I believe you have to leave it in this mode to use the auto update feature.

Same here.

The Xbox One has been generally available since launch, give or take a few days, but Best Buy just got a huge shipment in Friday. I counted almost 50 being displayed. And they were practically begging people to buy a Wii U. I've never seen there not be any of those available.

The PS4 they didn't even know when they were going to get any in.

Guys I got my PS4 last week from the Hastings in Murfreesboro. They seem to get a few in periodically. I don't think people generally think to buy a console there so if you are near a Hastings, its worth a shot.
