Must be in the settings somewhere. Don't think you need PS+ to stream it. I've seen some folks streaming Killzone today. Hit that share button and see what happens. Might be there.

Enjoy a game or two. But, it would be cool if you streamed a bit at some point.

EDIT: It might be disabled for most until release.
