Go coach Go. We got us a COACH. A real COACH who demands aggressive play calling. A coach who wants to pour it on. A Coach who wants to put the opposing team away as soon as possible and then pour it on some more. We got us a REAL COACH this time
I hope your right. When you’re losing, your kinda like WTF is this guy doing but when your winning, you’re all like, hell yeah, that’s my coach! I like the guy and was getting worried that he wasn’t the guy for the job, however, he is starting to win me over. The whole staff is. The growth and development is starting to show. His post game was one of my favs from a Vol coach. I’m drunk and can’t remember exactly, all that was said , but I remember I liked it. Man, have I missed watching winning football!
GBO!!

I said it a couple times last week. Go back to last Monday and Wednesday's press conferences and watch them. The guy is a completely different guy. He lightened up. It was like a load off his chest. He answered questions and explained things as well. Not a snarky comment or action in either press conference. You can see in his facial expressions that he had changed. I don't know if it was what happened last Sunday when JG stood up as a man and took the blame and the team rallied around him or what but something definitely changed

Getting through the FL-UGA-Bama gauntlet while continuing to play better every week has got to make him feel better about the team’s future.

This is a tangible step forward. I’ll admit that after the first two disastrous games of the season, I had zero expectation of real progress. While it’s possible this game was just a flash that will get extinguished in the coming weeks (like the UK victory last season was completely erased by the subsequent garbage against Missouri and Vandy), something feels a bit different this time. I still don’t expect a bowl game, but it’s fun to see these guys fight and grow to build something for the future!

I think Tn is going to be okay at the QB position for the next couple of years if one does not leave. This team has bought in and they are getting better.

Pruitt is a *&%& FOOTBALL COACH....

He eats it and breathes it....and he will get us to the SEC championship...............S....O.......O........N!

His chewing JG a new azz last week has done more to help JG than it hurt him....AND PROPS to CJP for hanging in there with JG in the process!!
I would've shown JG the door....but CJP hung in there with him and JG played his best FB tonight!!

And that's what old school, tough as leather coaches do for their players...

GO VOLS!!!
Like Mickie he had them chasing after chickens.

Ok 24 hour rule (12 hour rule) let’s get ready for UAB. We’ve gotta beat this bunch and get for a bowl. And if they make it to a bowl we ALL need to go I don’t care if it’s in Afghanistan!

Biggest win for Pruitt, in my opinion, yes bigger than Auburn last year.

Great opportunity to build on this, close out the season strong, send these seniors bowling and set yourself up for a very good recruiting class.

Crazy how we're so low on scholarship players we can sign the max 25 players with room to carry 5 QB's on scholarship if no one transfers.

A LOT of people on here called me a sunshine pumper. I KNEW we had one hell of a coach. There is a lot of things I don't know but I have played sports my entire life. I can spot a COACH really quick. WE HAVE US A BALL COACH! I can get defensive about the VOLS, the players and the coaches. It was great to hear the roar back in the stadium. One SC fan asked me if it was always like this. He said the noise is unreal. I said we weren't sold out and it can get louder.

I saw a team come together, tonight. I saw boys grow into men. I saw a tough as nails Jr. QB, pick himself up off of the deck, dust himself off, and jump right back on the horse. I saw a future NFL LB materialize, and turn into a madman!!!! I saw two senior WR's takeover a game, and lead. I saw true freshmen find themselves. And how about Nigel Warrior? He gives up the opening touchdown, and then he turns into Dale Freakin' Carter incarnate!!
Best of all, I saw a Coach and his staff, coaching with passion and fire!! It rubbed off on the team. They responded, in kind. An absolutely dominant second half, defensively. Kudos to the entire defense, and Coach Ainsley. You were aggressive, fast, and arriving with evil intentions, for four quarters!! That is exactly the kind of defense I have come to expect, over the years. Bravo!!! GBO!!
Team started coming together before Miss St. game. Apparently not everyone has noticed!

"Pruitt on what Darel Middleton could have done differently on the targeting call: "I don't know. I asked the same question and I got a 15-yard penalty."

First rule of targeting call, don't talk about targeting call. Bolded is an understatement.
