I'm confused. If you want to pigeon hole what I said as just history, I can't change that.

As for luck, GA got lucky that Kirby wasn't Muschamp, you disagree? Alabama got lucky that Saban wanted to try the NFL or LSU would have an extra 6-8 titles. We got unlucky that the SoCal job came open unexpectedly...then we got unlucky that Hammy was our AD and hired crappy coaches.

No. It's just ours. Ask op and others. They'll tell you fan toxicity actually MADE the admin inept and the coaching staff(s) unable to actually coach.

I hate to go there, but Dooley, Jones and Pruitt make Jim Donnan look like Nick Saban. Ray Goff was better than Dooley, Jones and Pruitt.

It’s got to do with the Administration at the University. How many times in the past years have we seen articles that Tennessee is a toxic place? Why would any great coach want to deal with that when they can make the same amount somewhere else. Ga may be easier to recruit with all the talent in Ga but I don’t believe Athens is any better than Knoxville. Still have a beautiful campus and a great academic school and just the city of Knoxville is great. You have Dollywood and gatlinburg down the road. So to say The University of Tennessee isn’t a top 10-15 or even a top 25 job for that matter, is crazy. We expect the same as any other fan base like Bama or Clemson or Uga, or Auburn lol I mean if you don’t think your own team is a top 25 job then your rooting for the wrong team.

The contract reads that cause includes level 1 and level 2 violations. Until the nature of the infractions is revealed, we don't know if they qualify. Typically, but not always, schools self report because it softens the blow of the NCAA.
