Didn't he see this when he committed the first time? I am confused why he ever committed if this is why he is going to Clemson.

At the time of his original commit TN seemed to maybe possibly be on an upward trajectory. Now the program is the laughing stock of the entire country. Highly unlikely any legit SEC performers will be included in this class. Maybe (maybe) next year or the year after. Sounds god awful but that's the in-orange-varnished truth of a horrible situation.

He's going to Clemson or Georgia. I think he's overrated but I wish him luck. I was mad about him not sticking with Tennessee and I believe he will regret it later. Move on and Go Vols!!

Kerbyson just said on the radio he talks with him often and he’s sticking with his top 3. He wants to play for NC’s ASAP.

He originally said he'd wait until the new coach was hired to make a decision. I guess Currie screwing the whole thing up and getting fired made him think twice.

The TOS said that he told the coaches that he will NOT be coming to UT yesterday. Can't say I blame him.

Mays should go wherever he wants. It's his decision. But, I'm calling BS on the national championship goal as the reason. When he comitted 2 years ago we weren't national title contenders and have not been at anytime between then and now.

I think he just likes all the attention and the coaches tripping all over themselves trying to woo him to UT. Reminds me of someone else...

Did he think UT was going to play for a National Championship when he first committed? I don't understand this being his aim now if it wasn't then.

His actions are that of someone that has something personal against UT with the way he mocked HT fans with his Gruden soon tweets. Let him go elsewhere and wash out.
