You are correct. He would not have been blood tested. It's possible that he has failed a urinalysis given by the athletic department but it's much more likely that Fulmer caved into pressure... and I'm not saying this wasn't the right decision. Tennessee just arrived at this point in their typically clumsy fashion. So now our coach looks like he is either not in control of his program, or very indecisive. Why would he have been blood tested? They didn't arrest him for suspicion of DUI.

They need to have a program where incoming freshman are teamed up with a police officer. It will help both sides understand each other better and give them a new perspective. I sure it would form some strong bonds, as well. Maybe this is already being done.
Lol. Do you REALLY think people weren’t vocal against the players involved in that incredibly stupid and embarrassing situation? Especially guys like me who don’t want Banks affiliated with the program now? Come on man, you know the answer. No “gotcha” moment for you here.Really hope this id due to new information that UT/CJP received and not because of media pressure.
I know some folks on here are happy about this but my question is. Were you this vocal in 2009 when Jackson & Richardson committed armed robbery in the lot of a convenience store?
Because Jackson wasn't dismissed until 2011 under Dooley for multiple failed drug tests.
