Hillary Clinton has never denied that she lost the election. She has made various excuses for losing, involving Russian disinformation and James Comey's statement.

Josh Hawley was supporting a Trump lie, and as a Constitutional scholar, he knew better. This tweet from Trump was typical of the sentiment being expressed:

"If Vice President @mike Pence comes through for us, we will win the Presidency. Many States want to decertify the mistake they made in certifying incorrect & even fraudulent numbers in a process NOT approved by their State Legislatures (which it must be). Mike can send it back!" -- Donald Trump, in a tweet sent on January 6, 2021 at 1 AM

^^^^ This was a lie. Mike Pence had no authority to do anything other than call the electoral college votes into roll before the Senate. Pence's role on January 6th was strictly one of procedure. He did not have the unilateral power to reject votes from the electoral college, as Trump was demanding. Without this lie, the riot doesn't happen. I wouldn't say Trump incited the riot, but it doesn't happen without his lies.

Your ******** meter should be going off when he says "every single one we went to was BS."

Whatever kernel of truth he has, he's framing it like it's much bigger than it is thru intentional deception. There is no way they didn't cherry-pick the list they checked. How dumb do they think we are?

How dumb do you have to be to think that it's ok and that it's no big deal to even be able to cherry pick these fake addresses. They shouldn't be this easy to find

Why do you think these were easy to find? Why do you think they wouldn't be?* Are you sure these are even real?

*Just pay some Indian company pennies to look up addresses on Google Maps until you find a dozen to put on the air.

Look, you obviously choose to believe there was no fraud and you choose to question anybody who attempts to prove it. Some of you guys won't admit it even when facts are placed right in front of your eyeballs.

Could they have been lying about the fake addresses. I'm sure that could be a possibility. If you doubt somebody do some research and see if they are telling the truth. There is plenty of information out there to get you started.

Why wasn't evidence of systemic voter fraud presented in a court of law? Attorneys representing the 2020 Trump Campaign had opportunities to make their case where it could have made a difference. They either couldn't or wouldn't.

Ok I'll give you my take on this. Most of Trumps lawsuits had to be filed a few weeks after the election. As we all know it takes time to gather and put together evidence, especially when there is absolutely no cooperation from officials in charge.. I think they knew the evidence was there but just did not have access to any of it yet.

There are quite a few very talented data scientists and numerous very qualified people have taken all of the numbers and data that is available to the public and proven that things just don't add up. You can see a lot of these charts in one of the links I provided earlier in this thread.

There you go. Thats my take.

However you rationalize it, back in November and December, attorneys for the Trump Campaign (Giuliani, Ellis, Wood and Powell) were making bold claims on cable news talk shows that they never made in court. That undermined their arguments, and made their efforts appear to be disingenuous. Some of these claims against Dominion and Smartmatic, which they are now being sued over, were provably false.

Sydney says she's looking forward to her day in court with Dominion. It will be interesting indeed. I don't know what the outcome will be but I know that Dominion has outright lied about the accessibility to their machines via the internet. I don't trust Dominion and I hope we never use their machines again. It's way to easy to change votes during adjudication.

Yeah lots of people have said things that didn't happen. I can't quite figure her out. I don't understand why someone as reputable and accomplished as her would just be willing to throw ber career away. She's an accomplished lawyer.

That is not true. All Dominion systems are capable of producing paper records and are 100% auditable, with testing, reviews, audits, and recounts subject to oversight and verification by all political parties.

You should not trust an attorney who makes claims of fraud on television, but then won't make them in court (where there can be repercussions for falsehoods).

My only hope that day was the storming of the Capitol would scare the S out of the President, House and Senate and make them realize the people are tired of getting screwed by a lack of common sense representation...... well.... we see how that turned out with ass puppet Joe and his EOs
