The real issue is with Dominion but they have ties to Smartmatic. Dominion was used in lots of states including all of the swing states that all stopped counting in the middle of the night. I copied and pasted some of the main points but I also attached the link that's got more information

It's incumbent upon the people insisting that the election was rigged to prove [in court] that their claims are true rather than the other side to respond to one sided videos made by the MyPillow CEO.

Have you even read any of the evidence? Almost all of what I posted are FACTS. Not somebody's opinions. It's not about Trump for me anymore. It's about saving our country. The fact of the matter is, you are actually the minority here. Almost every person I talk to feels like this election was stolen. Most people are just scared of voicing their opinions. I could care less what others think about me and I will do whatever I have to do to make sure my kids get to enjoy all of the same liberties that I have been able to have.

You will never be able to get around the fact that attorneys for the 2020 Trump campaign would not allege voter fraud in court... only on Fox News. However, that does bring up an important point. These defamation suits being filed by Smartmatic and Dominion will obviously include a discovery phase. If Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Lou Dobbs and the like, really do believe their claims, they will have a chance to prove them. The best defense against a defamation suit is to prove that your allegations were accurate.

Didn’t dominion turn down the chance to testify before one of the state senate’s. I’d say if there was any fraud it has been erased or done away with by now.

It’s funny that they’re going after private citizens but not the state of Texas.

That doesn't make any sense. If you believe that their system changed votes from Trump to Biden, that would be traceable. All voting systems have a check and balance. I'd say that if there was any fraud, then attorneys for the 2020 Trump Campaign would have alleged it in a court of law... instead of just on cable news channels.

Yes. Read the ruling of Judge Stephanos Bibas of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Pennsylvania. He dismissed a suit from the Trump Campaign, not because of a lack of standing, but on its "failed merits". Now, most of the allegations that attorneys for the Trump Campaign were making on television, they would decline to make in court filings. Who is to blame for that? Not the courts.
